Biography

Born and raised in East Vancouver, Graeme Lin’s Architectural background, education, work experience and character provided an ideal foundation for becoming the Medallion Award winning, residential REALTOR® that he is.

Graeme actually got into real estate somewhat unexpectedly. "A REALTOR® friend and I were looking at a home and, by chance, we started chatting with the neighbours. I guess, as a result of my professional knowledge, they thought I was the REALTOR®. At that point my friend told me that I would probably make an excellent agent." Not long after, Graeme got his license and has been very successfully helping people with their real estate needs ever since.

Well-connected within his community and highly-personable, Graeme is viewed by his clients as honest, knowledgeable and always reachable, which is why so much of his business comes from past clients and referrals.
